Cold weather makes animals in Patna Zoo uncomfortable

Patna (Bihar) [India], Dec. 16 (ANI): The Sanjay Gandhi Animal Park here is concerned about the condition of animals because of the cold weather. "To cope up with chill, the zoo administration has arranged for heaters to be installed near the lion's cage, bulbs to keep snakes warm, blankets to cover chimpanzees and many other arrangements. The animals are also being fed Chyawanprash and eggs, etc," said the park staff. Patna is currently in the grip of a cold wave, which has hampered the lives people and animals. (ANI)
