Sharapova enters Quarterfinals of Stuttgart Open

Stuttgart [Germany], April 27 (ANI): Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova, who made her comeback after 15-months of doping ban, registered her second win on Thursday by beating Roberta Vinci to reach the quarter-finals of the Porsche Grand Prix in Stuttgart. The 30-year-old's swift and dominating play helped her secure 7-5, 6-1 win in just one hour and 20 minutes, in the second-round. "Being the second match and playing yesterday and getting all the emotions out, I feel I settled down a little bit today and I was able to focus on my game. I executed a great plan," she said after the match. Describing her win as special, Sharapova said, "Practice is so different. You can prepare the best you can and when go out you just have to trust it.
