Injury troubles Sachin Tendulkar in retirement

New Delhi, July 6 (ANI): Legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar has undergone a knee surgery at a London-based hospital. "Some injuries trouble even after retirement, but I will be back very soon doing the things I enjoy. Had a knee operation & resting," the all-time leading run scorer wrote on Twitter. His post was immediately shared, liked and commented on by thousands of cricket fans across the world. The iconic batsman was travelling around the United Kingdom in recent times. Tendulkar, who is the only cricketer to have hit 100 international centuries, has notched up 15921 runs in 200 Test appearances for India. He also scored a staggering 18426 runs from 463 ODIs he played. (ANI)
