Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 5 (ANI): Bulat Sarsenbayev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to India, on Thursday said that Indian students doing management courses should opt to study in Astana.
While sharing his views, the envoy stated that "Kazakhstan is a young country which celebrated its 25 years of Independence last year".
Informing the students about "Made in Kazakhstan" campaign which aims at "bolstering its economy" just like India, the Kazakhstan envoy said, "Kazakhstan is developing very fast just like India and its GDP per capita is constantly growing."
"India and Kazakhstan has successful bilateral ties and Astana wants to increase economic trade with New Delhi, which has great potential especially in sectors such as Energy, Agriculture, Health and Pharmaceuticals," he added.
He stated that the "number of tourist visas issued between both the countries has been growing over the past three-four years, which shows the strengthening ties between both the countries."
He highlighted that "there are over 120 registered Indian companies in Kazakhstan and informed the gathering that Kazakhstan offers favourable investment climate and business-oriented tax and customs policies." (ANI)
