Beijing [China], Nov. 9 (ANI): The United States and China on Thursday reiterated their commitment to denuclearise the Korean Peninsula and solving the nuclear issue through dialogue and negotiation.

"The two sides will continue to fully and strictly implement United Nations Security Council resolutions and stay committed to solving the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue through dialogue and negotiation," Xinhua quoted the Chinese Premier, as saying.

The Chinese Premier stated that both countries have shown their willingness to work with various parties concerned with exploring ways of realising lasting peace and order in Northeast Asia and will continue to maintain communication and cooperation on the issue.

Trump, who arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for a three-day state visit, said the U.S. highly valued China's important role in the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue. (ANI)
