4 dead in Nashville Shooting

Nashville (Tennessee) [United States], Apr. 22 (ANI): At least four people have been killed in a shooting at a Waffle House in Tennessee's Nashville area in the United States (US).

Reportedly, a few others were also wounded in the shooting that took place on Sunday.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the gunman was naked except for a green jacket when he opened fire at 3:25 a.m (local time).

Police said the assailant shed his jacket and fled on foot.

The police have described the gunman as a white man with short hair.

"Keep your doors locked, keep your eyes open. If you see this individual -- if you see a nude guy walking around this morning -- call the police department immediately," CNN reported, citing, Metro Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron, as saying.

A customer wrestled away the rifle, the police said, and labelled him as "hero".

The police have identified 29-year-old Travis Reinking resident of Morton, Illinois as person of interest in Sunday's Nashville shooting.
