When the fishermen in the two boats were catching fish near Delft island in Palkbay sea, the Sri Lankan Navy patrolling the area apprehended them claiming that they crossed the border and caught "their" fish.

The fishermen found the pigeon in their boat while fishing in the sea. The bird was captured and handed over to the Marine police in Paradip, ASP said.
