New Delhi [India], October 12 (ANI): In the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, which began on Tuesday across the country, Hrithik Shokeen of Delhi became the first tactical substitute technically to be called an 'Impact Player.'
The BCCI clarified the idea of its Impact Player rule, which would let teams deploy one tactical substitute every game, in an email to its state associations.
