New Delhi, Mar 05 (ANI): In a career spanning for nearly 36 years, Gary Oldman won his first Oscar at the 90th Academy Award. The actor, who had been considered the strong favourite in the category, overcame competition from fellow British nominees Daniel Kaluuya and the soon-to-retire Daniel Day-Lewis to take home the prize. The victory for his performance in ‘Darkest Hour’ follows after he won the Golden Globes this year.
