1984 anti-Sikh riots case: Rahul Gandhi should resign as Congress chief for making Kamal Nath as MP CM, says BJP

Bengaluru (Karnataka), Dec 17 (ANI): After the Delhi High Court (HC) gave verdict in 1984 anti-Sikh riots case and sentenced Congress leader Sajjan Kumar to life imprisonment, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson Sambit Patra said, “Congress party president Rahul Gandhi should resign as Congress' chief. Kamal Nath ji's name crops up along with affidavit and evidence in a report submitted to Nanavati Commission. A man involved in anti-Sikh riots has been made the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister. Mr Rahul Gandhi must expel him from the party.”
