30,000 farmers head towards Mumbai from Nashik to protest against central government

Mumbai (Maharashtra), Mar 09 (ANI): Around 30,000 farmers from across Maharashtra are heading towards Mumbai from Nashik for various demands. The huge march was started from Nashik on 6 March with 30,000 farmers which is increasing every day as the farmers from other villages are also joining them. The farmers are outraged over the government’s various promises, which according to them have not been implemented. The march will reach Mumbai on 12 March (Monday) and will do Gherao of Vidhan Bhavan for their demands. It is officially organised by All India Kisan Sabha which claims that the count of people may reach to 50-60 thousands till they reach Mumbai.
