AgustaWestland case: Delhi court grants bail to SP Tyagi, his brothers

New Delhi, Sep 12 (ANI): Delhi's Patiala House Court has granted bail to former Air Force Chief SP Tyagi and his brothers in AgustaWestland case filed by Enforcement Directorate. Other accused who did not appear for the case included Carlo Gerosa and GR Heshke. They have not been granted bail. Accused Gautam Khaitan's Lawyer Pramod Dubey said, "The court has given bail to the accused which the ED did not oppose. The court has given bail on with a bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court also gave directions to the prosecutions that to serve the copies of the accused. The court has mentioned that they have send the extradition of two accused but the court has got no answer." One of the accused brothers of SP Tyagi said, "Already it has been decided in Italy Supreme Court that there is no case and no bribe given. Our legal procedure will take time."
