Amritsar blast: Punjab CM calls the blast, case of pure terrorism

Chandigarh, Nov 21 (ANI): Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Wednesday called the blast at Nirankari Mission congregation as a case of pure terrorism. He also said that the mastermind behind the attack is from the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). Briefing media about the issue, Singh said, “There is no communal angle. It's a pure case of terrorism. They were targeted as they were easy targets. We had information in the past about other organisations being targeted but we took precautionary measures and prevented that. The person who is the mastermind is from the ISI.” Three people have been killed and various injured in a grenade attack at Nirankari Mission congregation in Amritsar.
