AP CM Naidu inaugurates Medical Tourism Hub in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Jun 21 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated Andhra Pradesh Medical and Rehabilitation Tourism Project (AMRIT) at Sai Priya resorts in Visakhapatnam on Thursday. The CM said, “The goal of the health festival is to provide best medical services. The state government has been the first to conduct health festival in the country. The idea is to provide low-cost medical services to poor people. That is the aim of the health festival. There is a chance of expansion to medical hub in Visakhapatnam.” The Health Medical and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh along with Elets Technomedia, Asia & Middle East’s premier media and technology research organisation held ‘Andhra Pradesh Health Festival’ in Visakhapatnam. CM Chandrababu Naidu and representatives from other states also attended the function along with health officials from WHO.
