Bhopal (Madhy Pradesh), Nov 17 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s move to bar entry of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the state and said that the move was not motivated by a case but for the fear of what is likely to happen. In a press conference in Bhopal, Jaitley said, “The CBI was created initially for employees of the central government to investigate certain serious kinds of serious cases in the states which were referred to it either by the states or by courts. Only those who have a lot to hide have taken the step of not letting CBI come to their state. There is no sovereignty of any state in the matter of corruption. Andhra move is not motivated by any particular case but in fear of what is likely to happen.” Andhra Pradesh CM barred the entry of CBI for investigation in corruption matters.
