Surat (Gujarat), Dec 02 (ANI): Taking a jibe at the Congress Party for its past governance, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said reforms undertaken in 1991 were under ‘compulsion’. He added the reforms undertaken by then government were undertaken as foreign exchange reserves had ‘shrinked’. Lauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policy-making led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Minister said that present Government’s reforms are drawn by ‘conviction’.
