Bikram (Bihar), Oct 24 (ANI): Union Cabinet Minister for Textiles and Women and Child Development Smriti Irani held a public rally in Patna’s Bikram ahead of assembly polls. She is among the star campaigners of Bharatiya Janata Party. She said that the possibilities of development occurred in Bihar when Lotus and arrow came together. She also said that people has seen the days when goats were tied in schools and there were no teachers in the classes, the NDA government has appointed 3,50,000 teachers in the state. She promised that if NDA comes again into power then BJP will appoint 3000,00 teachers more in the state.
