BJP has taken this stand in broad interest of state, nation: CM Yogi on BJP-PDP separation

Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Jun 19 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday backed the decision of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of breaking its alliance with ruling party Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and said that the decision is in broad interest of the state and the nation. He said, “For past three years efforts were being taken by BJP-PDP to work according to the needs of the people. After the BJP realised the situation, it took the step of breaking the alliance taking the BJP state leaders and ministers in confidence. The decision has been taken in the broad interest of the state and the nation. Whatever will be important in the interest of the nation, BJP will take steps in that direction.” Earlier today, BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav, while addressing a press conference, informed that the party has pulled out of its alliance with PDP.
