Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 16 (ANI): All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) member and advocate Zafaryab Jilani responds to the brimming issue of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) where 1200 students are threatening to leave campus over communal issues. Jilani said, “When it comes to Aligarh Muslim University, BJP makes mountain out of a molehill. Students should be seen as students. If they make a mistake, it should be viewed as mistake by a student and that is what the University is doing.” Three Kashmiri students of AMU were booked on sedition charges for allegedly raising ‘anti-national’ slogans and trying to hold a prayer meet for Hizbul Mujahideen commander Manan Bashir Wani on October 12. Kashmiri students studying in Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have threatened to leave for their homes on October 17, if the sedition charges against three of them are not dropped. Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on October 15 had demanded the withdrawal of sedition charges on all the three students
