Patna (Bihar), Feb 24 (ANI): BJP MLA from Chhatapur in Bihar, Neeraj Bablu, on February 24 advocated for a population control law to keep the numbers in check, and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to execute it for “country’s benefit”. On February 23, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the fertility rate in the state has decreased to 3.2 per cent and his government wants to bring it down further.
