BJP-Shiv Sena alliance to win at least 45 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra: Amit Shah

Mumbai, Feb 18 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Monday said that the BJP-Shiv Sena combine would win at least 45 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra which sends 48 MPs to the Parliament. Shah made the remarks in a press conference, where Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, in presence of Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, announced that the two parties will fight the upcoming general and assembly elections jointly. For Lok Sabha polls, BJP will fight from 25 seats, whereas Shiv Sena has agreed to fight on 23 seats. For state polls, both parties will fight on equal number of seats, the details which will be announced in due time.
