CM Raje flags off truck loaded with medicines for Kerala

Jaipur (Rajasthan), Aug 24 (ANI): Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje flagged off three trucks loaded with necessary medicines worth Rs. 1.75 lakh to help flood affected Kerala. These medicines include drugs which are useful for the treatment of diarrhea, fever, infections and other water borne diseases. State government health officials are also been sent to Thiruvananthapuram so that they could work with Kerala government to ensure timely distribution of medicines to the affected people. The Chief Minister said that, “The Government and the people of Rajasthan are with people of Kerala in this crisis. The employees and officers of the state are also sending a portion of their salary to the victims of the flood through their organizations.” “The Government of Rajasthan is ready to provide all support to the damage caused by flood and flood affected people”, she added.
