Cold wave clutches Delhi, temperature dips to 5°C

New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI): Cold waves have gripped the national capital due to decrease in temperature. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature was recorded at 5 degree Celsius with shallow fog. People were seen lighting bonefire to combat chilly waves. Homeless people moved in night shelter to survive cold winters. Trains are getting delayed due to fog in parts of North India.
