Construction commences for The Chatwal Lodge in Bethel

New Delhi, Dec 08 (ANI): Construction for luxury retreat, 'The Chatwal Lodge', commenced after the groundbreaking ceremony which was attended by Indian-American hotelier Sant Singh Chatwal, New York State Assembly Member Aileen M. Gunther and Bethel Town Supervisor Dan Sturm, amongst other figures. The Chatwal Lodge, a part of the Dream Hotel Group, is touted to be a driving force in the ongoing restoration and revitalization of New York's Catskill Mountains. Nestled amongst 26 acres along the wooded shores of the 1,000-acre Toronto Reservoir, the five-star luxury retreat is expected to open in 2020. It will comprise 34 private villas and suite accommodations, refined rustic design and world-class and farm-to-table culinary experiences by DUCASSE Paris, founded by multi-Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse. “We are very happy that today was the big day from the groundbreaking ceremony of The Chatwal Lodge at the Bethel state. This is really amazing and there was big turnout as lot of local official of Bethel came”. “They were so excited that we are bringing very luxury high end, unique and different. It has unique features as there is lot of greenery”, he added.
