New Delhi, Jul 17 (ANI): Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Chairperson Swati Maliwal on Tuesday reacted on 6-yr-old girl’s rape case in the national capital. She appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and court to award death penalty to minor girl rape culprits. “Her internal organs are damaged. Doctors say they don't even know if she can be cured. Her mother begs & father is a rickshaw driver. They sleep on footpaths. I appeal to court & PM to award death penalty to the culprit,” said Maliwal. The minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by a eunuch on July 14 when she was playing near Delhi’s Kali Mandir. She was found in a pool of blood. She was badly injured and was bleeding profusely. Victim’s parents were frantically searching for her. On finding her, they rushed her to the hospital.
