New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu expressed strong concerns over the “declining quality of public discourse” while asserting that it is the behaviour of political leaders that influences others. Speaking at the launch of select speeches of President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President Naidu said, “There is need to have public representatives who have character, caliber, conduct and capacity. It’s unfortunate that quality of public discourse has been steadily declining in last few years. We should remember, we’re all in public life, we’re rivals not enemies.”
