DELHI POLICE SOLVES SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE

New Delhi, 07 February (ANI): Delhi Police has arrested a murder accused named Sumit involved in the gruesome murder of his father. The deceased has been identified as Jitendra Sharma. He was paralyzed and addicted to alcohol. Recently, Police team received a call regarding the death of a person in Anand Parbat area. After that, the body was brought to the RML hospital for post-mortem. Post mortem of the victim revealed that the cause of death was strangulation. In this regard, Police registered a case in Anand Parbat Police station and started the investigation. During the investigation, the wife of the victim suspected that her son was behind the murder of her husband. On this information, the Police team arrested the accused Sumit after checking CCTV footage and with the help of an informer. During sustained interrogation, the accused confessed his crime. He further disclosed that on the day of the incident he consumed excessive amounts of alcohol with his father after which his father urinated on the bed. Sumit got frustrated over this and killed his father by strangulating him.
