New Delhi, Jan 29 (ANI): While speaking to ANI on the case of pro-Khalistan graffiti in Delhi, HGS Dhaliwal, Special CP on Jan 29 informed that the one accused name Vikramjit was in touch with US-based SFJ member Gagandeep who instructed him to paint graffiti. Furthermore, he said, “We are establishing the profile of US-based SFJ's Gagandeep. He will be named in the case here. Motorbike, paint used and other pieces of evidence were confiscated. Police have obtained remand.”
