Guwahati (Assam), May 29 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, while attending the inaugural session of Asian Confluence in Guwahati, Assam on May 28 said that diplomacy is not about wordsmithery as it’s about the connectivity, contacts, and cooperation. “Diplomacy isn’t just about wordsmithery. It’s about connectivity, contacts, and cooperation. Participation of Bangladeshi counterpart highlights his nation’s role in this regard and presence of Japanese colleagues brings out the catalytic role that Quad partners can play,” he said.
