For the first time, 2 Indian Air Force lady pilots manning Dornier

Sirsa (Haryana) Feb 14 (ANI): For the first time in Indian history, two Indian Air Force lady pilots Captian Sqn Ldr Kamaljeet and co pilot Kawas Rakhi Bhandari who showed their feat manning a Dornier, as all-women crew have operated from parallel taxi track which is a bold achievement. The width of parallel taxi track is considerably lesser in width and has no landing gear and landing on it is required for times of conflict or war when runways are not available. The landing happened at the Sirsa airbase in Haryana while the squadron is based at Palam Technical Area.
