Former Arunachal Pradesh CM Gegong Apang hails JD(S)’s secularism after joining party

Dibrugarh (Assam), Feb 21 (ANI): Former Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Gegong Apang, who earlier quit Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has now joined the Janata Dal (Secular) JD(S). He also met former prime minister H D Devegowda while he was taking the stock of the Bogibeel Bridge. After joining the party the former Arunachal Pradesh CM said, “Secular forces are there. Therefore we have decided now we will be together.” Apang joined BJP after leaving the Congress party in 2014.
