Ganesh Visarjan: People bid adieu to ‘Nagpur Cha Raja’ with fervour & gaiety

Nagpur (Maharashtra), Sept 23 (ANI): As the 10-day festivities of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival concluded on Sunday, the prominent idol of Nagpur Cha Raja taken for immersion with full zest and fervor. Amid ‘dhol tasha’ and busting firecrackers people bid adieu to their beloved Ganpati idol into the natural water bodies. The procession marked traditional fervour and gaiety. Ganesh Chaturthi commenced on September 13.
