Mount Abu (Rajasthan), Sep 30 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh attended a global summit-cum-expo on Science, Spirituality and Environment in Rajasthan's Mount Abu. Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra was also present at the event. The summit was hosted by the Brahma Kumaris community of Mount Abu. The event centered on the ‘role of human beings in creating a better world’. Rajnath Singh in his address at the event said, “The little things the community does like organic farming, cleanliness, waste water management, rainwater harvesting, saving of energy. I was thinking that governments can’t do the work that the Brahma Kumaris community is doing.” Brahma Kumaris was a movement which was distinctly identified by the prominent role women play in it. They teach a form of meditation which focuses on identity as souls, as opposed to bodies. Their belief lies in the fact that people are intrinsically good and that God is the source of all goodness.
