Great loss for India: British High Commissioner to India mourns Vajpayee’s death

New Delhi, Aug 17 (ANI): British High Commissioner to India Dominic Asquith on Friday paid last respects to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He said that it’s a great loss for India. “I wanted to pay my respects to a man of that stature,” Asquith added. Asquith visited Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters to pay his last respects to Vajpayee. He was 93-year old. He ruled the country for 13 days in 1996, 13 months in 1998 and for almost six years from 1999.
