Heavy snowfall continues in mountains of Pir Panjal, Mughal Road closed

Pir Panjal (J&K), Dec 12 (ANI): The high peaks of Pir Panjal have been receiving heavy snowfall since Monday turning into a white heaven. Roads, roof and treetops were covered with snow as white blanket wrapped the city. Historic Mughal Road, which connects Poonch district to Shopian district in Kashmir, was blocked after Pir Panjal Range received fresh snowfall on Monday. The roads are blocked and authorities are working to clear the snow off the roads. The locals have been advised to stay indoors and contact police before continuing their journey on the road.
