Kamal Nath defends earlier statement, says ‘30 BJP MLAs are only in contact’

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Sep 17 (ANI): Congress leader Kamal Nath, on Sunday, defended his earlier statement that 30 Bharatiya Janata Party MLAs have applied for Congress tickets in upcoming assembly polls. Speaking on his earlier statement, Kamal Nath said, “I didn’t say this. I only said that 30 MLAs (BJP) are in contact with me. I can’t talk about why they are in contact with me.” He further addressed the issue of Municipal Corporation removing Congress poster from across the state before Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s visit, calling it a political move.
