Kisan March: Atleast 1000 traffic cops have been deployed on affected routes, says Delhi Joint CP (Traffic)

New Delhi, Nov 30 (ANI): The traffic police of Delhi have made detailed safety and traffic preparations for the farmers’ march that will commence from Ramlila Maidan on Friday morning and will move towards Jantar Mantar. Joint CP (Traffic), Alok Kumar said that all the routes are likely to be affected as traffic will be heavy there. Delhi Police will be giving real time update of the Kisan march and also about the traffic routes on Facebook and Twitter handle which will be affected. “All those commuters who are going to New Delhi railway station are advised to keep sufficient time at hand so that they can reach their destination on time. Atleast 1000 traffic police personnel’s have been deployed in all the routes to plan diversions and to keep the traffic smooth”, he further stated.
