New Delhi, Dec 02 (ANI): A one-day workshop on 'Innovation, Intellectual Property and Role of Licensing: A Technology Driven Initiative towards Make in India' was held in New Delhi. The conference comprised of panelists who enlightened the members and audience about importance of protection and licensing laws in field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in India and initiatives required by the government to address the IPR problems being faced by content producers. Prashant Verma, Head, Content Licensing and Partnerships, South Asia, Dow Jones and Co. talked about the ways of obtaining a license for content and about bridging a gap between content producers and consumers.
