Most favoured nation status granted to Pakistan stands withdrawn: Arun Jaitley on Pulwama terror attack

New Delhi, Feb 15 (ANI): After concluding Cabinet Committee Security meeting Union Minister Arun Jaitley informed that all possible diplomatic steps will be taken to ensure complete isolation from the international community of Pakistan. The meeting on Pulwama attack was held at the residence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which was attended by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Delhi.Addressing the mediapersons, Jaitley said, “The cabinet committee discussed the incident that took place in Pulwama yesterday. In which a large number of CRPF personnel sacrificed their lives. The CCS observed 2-minutes silence in memory of those who laid their lives by making the supreme sacrifice for this country.” Talking about the actions taken by Indian government against the terror attack, he added, “The ministry of external affairs will initiate all possible diplomatic steps which have to be taken to ensure the complete isolation from the international community of Pakistan. The most favoured nation status that is granted to Pakistan stands withdrawn.”
