MP Govt. determined to rehabilitate Bhopal gas tragedy victims: CM Chouhan

Bhopal (MP), Dec 03 (ANI): While attending an inter-faith prayer meeting for the victims of Bhopal gas tragedy, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on Sunday, said his government is determined to rehabilitate victims and their kin. Saints and representatives from various religious offered their prayers during the meeting. Asserting that fight for ‘justice’ to the victims will continue, the Chief Minister added that women, who lost their spouses during the tragedy, will continue to get pension from the state government. Over 2,000 people died after a poisonous gas leaked from a Union Carbide factory in Bhopal in 1984.
