Occupancy at night shelters increase after cold wave grips Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 15 (ANI): Delhi's night shelters 'Rain Basera' witnessed increase in occupancy after mercury dipped in the national capital. Delhi NCR is facing bitter cold condition since past few days. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) report said the minimum temperature in Delhi to be 7 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature as 7 degrees Celsius on Friday. The mercury will dip further in the upcoming days, according to weather forecast. 198 night shelters were set up by the Delhi Government under Delhi Urban Shelter Board for homeless people, which are operated by various NGOs.
