Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik participate in BJD’s rally demanding hike in MSP

New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik participated in a protest rally organised by the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in New Delhi on Tuesday. The protest is held to demand hike in Minimum Support Price (MSP) for common paddy to Rs 2930 per quintal to boost farmers’ income and also implement Swaminathan Commission Report. The CM had urged the Centre to honour its commitment to implement the report. Patnaik is also firm on continuing the party’s fight for MSP.
