Polavaram project is lifeline for Andhra Pradesh: CM Naidu

Godavari (Andhra Pradesh), Sep 12 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday visited Polavaram project site in West Godavari district. While addressing the gathering, Naidu hailed Polavaram project and said that his life became fruitful with this project. He also said that the Polavaram project is the lifeline of the state as it'll provide water all over the state. He added that 58 percent of the work is completed and people of the state will get water from Polavaram by March, 2019. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister further asserted that the Polavaram project can also be a new tourist attraction for the state. He also appreciated the workers, who are working for the project. CM Naidu added that the state government is interlinking the rivers and will join all 5 major rivers in the state which will make Andhra Pradesh a drought free state.
