Dantewada (Chhattisgarh), Mar 08 (ANI): ‘Women are no less than men in combat services’ and Danteshwari fighter Sunaina Patel has proved it. 8-month-old pregnant, Sunaina Patel deployed as Danteshwari fighter in District Reserve Guard at Chhattisgarh's Dantewada. “I was 2-month pregnant, when I joined it. I never refused to perform my duties. Today also, if I'm asked to do anything, I'll do it with utmost sincerity,” said Sunaina Patel. A 30-member all-women anti-Naxal commando unit called has been deployed in Naxal-affected areas of Bastar and Dantewada in Chhattisgarh. The unit is titled 'Danteshwari Fighters.
