New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Officials of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and police have sealed shops in South Delhi’s posh Defence Colony market on Friday. Chaos erupted in Delhi’s Defence Colony after MCD sealed the first and ground floor of residential areas for violating law of using the space for commercial activities. The shop owners started protesting against the move. The shop owners alleged that MCD is sealing the shops illegally and they have all the valid documents to prove that the shops are legal. The market comprises of famous eateries and upscale bars. The police officials stormed into the shop without any document and abused the workers, alleged one of the show owners.
