New Delhi, Jan 16 (ANI): After sitting and former Supreme Court judges expressed apprehension of the top court’s decision to elevate two judges of Delhi High Court, superseding seniority; Bar Council Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra took cognizance of the matter and said there is “strong resentment” among several judges about this. Mishra also said he will lead a delegation to ask the collegium to recall their decision, and if the decision is not overturned, the Bar Council will sit on a Dharna. “Our delegation will go and meet the collegium to ask them to reconsider and recall this decision. If they don't do it, we'll go and sit on a dharna,” Mishra told ANI.
