New Delhi, Jul 21 (ANI): Telugu Desam Party (TDP) on Friday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and accused it of betraying Andhra Pradesh while saying that he played politics in the state. TDP MP Jayadev Galla said, “For him (PM) to say that we are doing something for political gain it is ridiculous because he is the one who is playing politics in our state. He is tying up with our rivals while he is still in alliance with us and trying to weaken by starving our state (Andhra Pradesh) of funds.” While TDP MP K Srinivas said, “It is not about majority, it is about morality. Morality won today. We wanted to showcase failures of PM and his govt. You take unemployment, farmers distress, economic slowdown and more. He has failed on every aspect and lost trust of people of the country. We are not bothered about numbers. We want to show how Modi betrayed us.”
