TDP MPs continue to protest against Union Budget in Parliament

New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MPs on Friday protested near Mahatma Gandhi statue in Parliament expressing their disappointment over the Union Budget 2018. The protest saw TDP MPs holding banners saying 'Save Andhra Pradesh', 'Save democracy' among others. On February 8, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) termed Union Budget 2018 as a disappointment for farmers. Taking part in the Budget discussion in the Lok Sabha, TRS MP K. Kavitha said the Union Budget 2018 did not reflect the government's intentions to double the income of farmers by 2022.
