New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said that terrorism and peace talks can't take place together Speaking on Centre's decision to call-off talks with Pakistan on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York next week, the Army Chief said, "Talks aren't being held, because our government's policy is that talks and terrorism can't take place together. We have given a clear message to Pakistan. Government's policy is clear that Pakistan has to prove with their actions that they aren't promoting terrorism."
