Transporters’ strike called off: Government is sensitive towards demands, says Nitin Gadkari

Nagpur (Maharashtra), Jul 28 (ANI): Transporters on Friday called off their eight-day long national strike after Government agreed to consider their demands. Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari said that the Government is sensitive towards the demands of the transporters. “I am happy that they have called off the strike. Minister of Finance Piyush Goyal has been very helpful. I assure them that we will work on the things that have been decided,” said Gadkari.
